EZ-start is attached, both light are glowing and Jato has just successfully completed break-in phase. But unfortunately when the button is pushed on EZ-start, nothing at all happens. Replaced glow plug and still nothing.

I've never used the ez start, but I'll give a few Ideas. Check to make sure all your wires are connected on the truck. Make sure you have a good charge on your battery.

1.)Make sure male end of starter box is proerly seated in the car move it around while pushing button

2.)spin flywheel make sure motor isnt locked

3.)check starter motor connections

4.) if all else fails get a pull start somethings messed up with your starter motor or starter box

Charge the battery in your starter first. Just because the lights are on does not mean it has enough power to turn the little motor that spins the engine.

Also, the EZ start is grounded by a little yellow wire that is screwed into the engine mount (just trace the wire). If it is off or loose, it will not start.

Check the red and black connections on the start motor itself. They have little ears where the wiring harness attaches and if you roll your rig, sometimes they get clipped off, bent or the wire becomes detached.

Just trace the system wiring and make sure everything is connected and the like. I wouldn't necessarily go and get a pullstart for it if the starter motor is bad. You can get replacements for that for like $10.00.

Good luck, man!
