Jato motor upgrade to OS .18TZ

Jato motor upgrade to OS .18TZ? Has anyone done upgrade and share what exactly is needed with the correct engine model including any extras. Is the upgrade for Jato the same with the Nitro Tec-4? That's going to be my next project when one of the two blows. Speed is my game and I have no shame.
