What should I expect to pay for a decent used jato??? The prices are all over the place on craigslist... I've seen them from $120 to $250...
Just curious. I,m wanting something a little faster than a revo but not strickly on road...

You might check on prices in the For Sale/Trade section of this forum. I would recommend against a Jato because they are faster and whole lot more fragile than the Revo. If you want something a bit faster, try an electric like a Rustler or Stampede. With a LiPo and a Brushless these are every bit as fast and require a lot less maintenance. If you want a nitro, you might want to try a Slayer.

The main thing is that I'm very poor and was looking for something cheap.. The slash would be cool but I don't have a track near by plus I was thinking a little faster. I think the slash runs about 45-50. I don't know, I just saw one for $120 and a few for $150 localy and it got me thinking..
I guess it is hard to run 60+ offroad.. I wish I had a track.. Guess I need to get on building one.. It just gets old running the revo in the yard..

The Slash will run about 25-30 on smooth road (stock), but can be made a lot faster with upgrades obviously. If your looking for something faster than your Revo I wouldn't suggest a Slash. Maybe look into the Redcats, there cars are cheap, decent durability, and they have a great engine warranty. Only downside is all parts are online only.
