check the hexes make sure you still have drivepins make sure ur tranny is spinning clutch is grabbing just start it up and follow the gears till you see where they stop spinning then youve found the problem
 
It was the spur gear that went on my T-Maxx, it's designed to be the weak link, so I would difinitely check that.
 
I'm going through it now. Mine stopped mid run and just sat there. Turned out both the gears on the clutch bell and my center gears were shot!! I'll post a pic in a bit so Rolex can have abuse nightmares. (kidding Rolex)
