I'm about to get a jammin to start slammen it into poles, curbs rocks, houses, and the occasional track.

after i burn the force motor ima do a mod or 2 and start racing it.

Will the Hyper 7 2-speed fit on the jammen???? isnt the jammin the 2nd gen of the hyper 777? if it does, my slammen jammin 2 speed rockets gonna scorch the earth.
:arrr: ARGG

2 speeds don't really work well in racing buggies...those guys always seem to have problems w/ them...for some reason the same 2 speed module is used by a few guys who do MT class and they work fine for them.....and the OFNA is the Hyper 7 th eKyosho is the 777.....I had to have a techno-weenie geek fact dig on someone today and tag YOU'RE IT!!!!

The jammin has no relation to the hyper. Ofna has two producers that i know of and they are hong-nor (mbx jamin lines) and ho bao hyper series. I'm not going to start the debate here about the two just some people are not hong nor fans. But the jammin is doing a great job.

Only guys I know that utilize a 2 speed are the ones that run their cars on hard FLAT clay or parking lots. Remember, 1/8's are meant to get to top speed in a relatively short distance. Throttle control is how the attitude of the buggy carries itself through the air and over obstacles.

Even with on-road, it's all about throttle control. Watch a racers trigger finger. It's never full on or off for a long period of time. Even more so for off road. He's always adjusting the speed of the engine to adjust the car's response to road conditions. With this said, 2 speed is for stright line performance in a drag race. Too many turns on a track to use a 2 speed constantly.

The Hyper 7 is made by HoBao. The Jammin' is made by Hong Nor.

Having said that, HoBao and Kyosho diffs are claimed to fit the Hong Nor X1-CR so the Hyper 2-speed assembly might fit in the centre with some judicious modification.

My vocabulary was forced on me by living near my uncle in Queens...he is a minister and head of the Queens federation of churches he has an immense vocabulay.....my parents were also very big on grammer and spelling....hey it paid off, I have no college degree and I'm head of an engineering dept. for the largest independent controls contractor in the world (volume wise) in the TAC partners group.....not that I make as much as I could doing the same work but I ain't working at McDonalds flipping grub worm burgers......

are you implying mcdonald has worms in their burgers??? mm more protien for the fat ppl hehe...

i think its stupid to pay 6 bux for a burger and frys ar mc crackers, when at 1/4lb big burger, you get a diner cooked burger for 3 bux mmm mmm (opean 24 hours so we call it tweak burger)

none the less, I'm now a violater hehe i ordered it today, i dont like buying 2nd hand rc's.. its like on family guy where you can get the boat, or the mystery box. anyone have a 2-speed for a good price?

request a contents list of what they use in their "beef"....one of the major fill products was grub worms....I had an assignment in 8th grade....and it was in there then (1984)...it's a USDA approved source of protein....I can only cringe thinking what they use for fillers now....
