Hey i was just putting in the ROTO start and for some reason it just lockes up. like its ask if the roto tries to turn but engine itself wont... I didnt try charging battery ya think thats the case?

Probably not charged enough to pass through compression.

the roto start or the reciever.try charging the pack.. do you have a quick charge?

Could be hydro-lock. Remove the glow plug and try again. If it's not flooded, then reinstall the plug and charge the battery.

Yep, thats what I'd recommend you do first. Pull the GP out, hold the truck upside down so the engine head is facing the ground, they try your roto start. If it is flooded, it will spray all the fuel out of the engine onto the ground vs up in the air all over your truck.

i did that when i got my first truck. what a mess.
