Finally I got it going. The tiger drive worked perfectly. After buying $2.00 in new screws we ran it thru 5-6 tanks & everything ran just fine. Its realy starting to open up & it even shifted a few times. My background in R\c is run till ya break it--fix it--run till ya break something else. Having a good day with out breaking anything has to be few & far between. Now I get to go thru every part & every screw & put my screw set to use. Here are a few pics, not action just on my floor.

If you don't put a air filter on that, it wont live for long.

Yea it got ripped off last run of the day & I didn't replace for the pic.

Is that a 4wd maxx? I didn't care for the wasp when I had one. It was a decent engine, but 4wd seemed like a bit much for it. I ended up running 2wd and it ran a lot cooler and was more fun. Plus, one diff to replace every gallon was a lot cheaper than 2.
