Can't say that I've ever heard of that observatory. Saskatoon Saskatchewan is probably one of the best places to see it. Here are some listings. Good luck.

I saw it. But it was over far too soon.

Well, It is moving along at a pretty good clip at an average velocity of 27,700 km (17,210 statute miles) per hour, completing 15.77 orbits per day.
