i dont know about the others but if i were you i would just go for 18tm..

i asked the lhs and he said i wouldnt get nearly as much power as the orinal engine , is that true, could you give me the exact engine i should buy , that fits in th revo

Not sure why you would go with the CVRX when the 18TM is available.

The 28 will fit but you will need a big block conversion.

The 3.3 is one mean engine. The Sirio .23 would drop in, along with the RB 323 and 523. All 3 of those are great, and won't add a lot of excess weight like that .28.

I second the OS18TM or the Sirio 23... Both amazing power.

I think mated with a good exhaust would for a killer combo.

Neither engine you asked about will install without more parts. The 18 you posted won't fit well at all since it's a side exhaust. Unless you have someone make you a custom header, it doesn't fit well. The rotary carb would be a pain in itself.

The 28 won't fit without a conversion kit. Depending on what kit you go with, you will have issues with it being so tall. If you try to go with new era's BB leaner kit, it sticks up above the roll bar about 1/4-1/2 inch.

With the 18TM being around $150, I'd suggest just that and a new exhaust. It will work with stock, but it will work better (much better) with something else. I ran it with a fantom works pipe. It was one heck of an engine with that pipe.

I also would recommend the .18TM. I've heard nothing but good things about it and am going to be installing one in my uncaged Revo Basher.
