Is my esc burnt?

It turns on and steers but when I hit the throttle it dies. I got a brand new battery and a brand new adapter so it’s not those. Here’s a vid:

Did you plug it in backwards at the receiver?

I made sure It’s in the right way and it won’t even turn on now.

I put in a different battery and it drove fine for 10 seconds then shut off again. I’m not sure the esc is burnt as it drives perfect once it has power.

Maybe 100 degree weather is to hot for these cars. I got no clue what else I could do to cool off my esc though.

Nope it’s the damn adapter again. Learned my lesson I won’t get a battery that needs an adapter ever again.
