Build it they will come..lol
Even if it is technically a rally car, its so top heavy theres no way they can be competitive against the rally cars themselves.

To me, these look more like they are running trail truck speeds in the vid above. Not really close to rally speeds. But I don't know much about the Dakar rally. I have seen some footage of it, and I remember they were running pretty darned fast, flying over jumps and such. Of course, any faster and these guys couldn't keep up with them
