I will be receiving mine today.

Anybody else using one?

Be sure to get your free case. I don't have one, not an iphone person myself, but we have a number of users here at work that does. Gotta question about them?

No questions yet. Just curious how many people here have them.

I will be getting my free bumper for sure. Even if I don't use it, it's free so I want it. LOL

This will be my first IPhone.

What did you use before?

I think you have to use it... or any case.... itll drop your call without one

My wife and I picked up the 3GS back in December, and we love them. I doubt we will pick up the 4, but who knows what will be out when we are eligible for upgrades. I do recommend, if they are out yet, to pick up an Otterbox Defender series case. It covers the whole phone with a hard plastic shell, and a rubber wrap. It make the phone quite a bit larger, but I can pull the phone out and it still looks brand new. If you do, get the anti-glare screen protector, this will prevent the screen from getting bubbles where the two screens touch. Also, it absorbs the shock if you drop it.

Right now I am using the Motorola Karma. It will be going up on feebay. If I can get at least $50 out of it I will be happy.

i'm not cool enough for one

I'm just a poser.

Dropped calls won't be any different from every other phone I have used. LOL

Screen cover is a must and I will probably go with the OtterBox Commuter cover. The Defender is like carrying a brick in my pocket from what I have seen of them.

Not to change your topic but I think on my next phone I'll stick with the blackberry but get the new Torch....Prolly gonna be going to ATT from virizon too.

For what the iPhone cost over here I can get a small laptop with money to spare. Just too damn steep for a phone. I got a SE Xperia x10 mini pro recently and am loving it, Android really kicks ass.

Now if I did have the money for it I would be on an iPhone, I love the way my ipod touch works, but again too much money.

I like the Torch and also the Palm Pre. If Apple had an IPhone with a slide out keyboard I would be all over it.

If you wait awhile, the Torch will be available on Verizon as well if you don't want to switch carriers. It will also be cheaper since sales are not what they had hoped.

How much is it for you in US dollars roughly?

Yikes!!!

Indeed. That is for the unlocked phone, and one of the cheapest sellers which happens to be the Apple store. I have seen them for as much as 1000$.

One of my friends bought an "unlocked" iphone and was very happy until....She let the battery run dead, when she plugged the charger to it and powered it up again it did an automatic update and she couldn't use it with her service anymore LOL

Wow if your a new customer here or upgrading you wont spend more than 400 even on the newest iphone.

I'm sorry, but that's some funny chit right there. :D

Just like to add that after I posted that, I had to run about 300ft to my car in a downpour, not realizing that I never stuffed my phone in my pocket. Got drenched. When I got home, I pulled the case apart to dry it out, and there was hardly any water on the phone.

my otterboxed iphone 3g has been underwater many times and is still going. Never even took the box off to check it
