Instant engine start

Does anybody know how I can get my HPI car to start on 1st pull every time? Getting RSI!! Lol

A bump box might be your best bet, but even then it's going to be a matter of tune, break-in, and little things like preheating every time.

Edit: A good shutdown procedure is also crucial to making sure your engine is both protected from corrosion and ready to go next time you pull it out.
