A bump box might be your best bet, but even then it's going to be a matter of tune, break-in, and little things like preheating every time.
Edit: A good shutdown procedure is also crucial to making sure your engine is both protected from corrosion and ready to go next time you pull it out.

Tuning and a good plug. You also need to have it primmed.
