I searched high and low for a bodyshell i liked. Sadly there isnt much choice for the 1/8 infraction. There is this offering which I chose..

This was my inspiration. I am a sucker for orange paint.

Internals are all stock for the time being. I have upgraded the fan to a RodketRC offering which is very powerful. I added some ScorchedRC carbon fibre side skirts and front splitter. I will upgrade the centre shaft to metal and maybe the diffs in future. I only started using lipo late in 2023 and 3s is more than fast enough for me for the time being- to be honest it scares me being a user of NiMh for a very long time. Lipos have quite a kick!

The bodyshell came back painted earlier today so I applied the stickers and took a few photos. I am very happy with how it turned out, but must give credit to the guy who painted it, he is a superstar.

I have a Vendetta 3s myself i like it but i had issues with the diffs and the esc although i got them fixed last year. It's a blast to drive after fixes although i wish i hadn't had to do them right out of the box or in my case building a brand new slider.

Note this was back when i used to have my old Futaba T4PM and i ran it on this car i have since switched to a Spektrum iXSR+ TX with an SR6200A AVC RX. Cool build can't wait to see more, it's a shame Arrma\Horizon Hobby discontinued these cool cars.

Oh yeah the Vendetta is a very cool machine, hopefully it will make a comeback. The 3s infraction was discontinued at some stage I think.

What wheels/tires do you have?

ARRMA dBoots ELEVENS 35/085 2.4​

and a couple of sets of some very cheap, very soft AliExpress tyres on some plastic on road buggy wheels, they'll be used for powerslides and burnouts.

This is the same basic chassis as my Granite. The Granite is fast on 3s but its almost comical to think of that truck doing 110mph!
