Well to relieve boredom I looked at tower hobbies scratch and dent section..
That was a mistake.. so I'm thinking of joining their saver club an upgrading the membership so I can buy scratch and dent..

That heatwave livery blackjack 24 and it's price wasn't helping the temptation..
And also having a firma 120 esc I swapped out in the sonic wake for a seaking 180 isn't helping either, nor are all the 3s batteries I have and 2 dual and 2 single chargers.....nor is seeing madracers posts on the blackjack 24 and that challenge of speed a while back on stock motor, 6s, any esc, and he ran a firma 120..
Hmm.. temptation..free shipping..batteries and a esc and props I already have...

Yeah the bride will grumble about the 7th boat this year...
But 220 bucks is hard to pass up scratch and dent, and the color matches the miss geico 36..and a 2nd cat to keep miss geico from being lonely..

It would be a nice flotilla of boats though..
Traxxas disruptor,and 5 proboats..sonic wake 36, miss geico 36,blackjack 24, Jetstream, harbor tug, kind of medium and large on the cats and deep v with 24 and 36" sizes..
So how can I argue against that feng-shu?

Well, I guess i can't argue with feng-shu, the bride thought it must have been fengy enough..lol..temptation overcome or will be when it goes on the block and that spektrum 120 esc goes in.. i did tell her id be saving lunch money by not buying 2s batteries..lol..

I'm tempted by them as well... since they opened the park next door with the pond, I've been thinking about a boat.

I like the idea of the Jetstream but don't like the price... the 24" models on Tower's S&D are both tempting me though.

I just saw this after you answered my prop question.....no wonder you knew the answer.
You have all the boats....excellent....I have the heatwave and put a firma 120 ESC so I could run 6s...there definitely a handful to drive but too much fun

If you have any smc 3s 5800's they will fit in the slide lock battery trays.

My other 3s soft packs were too long to fit trays.. so jam foam to hold them.

The Vegas Offshore livery is 185$ at Horizon and Amain hobbies now.

That's a crazy price only 185...thats worth getting and putting it in the closet for later.
Do you use tape or anything to seal the top cover on any of your boats while running them..or just pull the drain plug every now and

I haven't yet, but may..I'm still at stock speeds..only 1 run so far on 6s on sonic wake, haven't run the blackjack on 6s yet, or the twins..so I still have tuning to go through.

But yeah, that's a good price.. about 30 bucks more than a hull for a complete boat. If i didnt have 7 already.it may tempt me..lol
