RC Driving Style
After a 3 month or so hiatious from here and most other stuff on the internet I'm back did i miss anything and how about all the winter project Tmaxx's everyone was talking about getting ready to give my maxx a preseason tune up maybe a new engine
 
Well i bought my first house was busy working on it refinishing hardwood floors and moving and work and i just got burnt out for awhile or ran my self to short i should say would work come home work on house till 1am crash back to work by 7

and since I'm getting prettty much done and ready to run the tmaxx i thought it was time to return so I'm back and i see the site is better and look forward to talking to old freinds and meeting so new ones like the nitro burning begin
 
Buying a house / being able to afford to buy a house is a big step.
Its nice to see other people doing well in this rocky economy. Its a lot of work and a big blind leap once you sign on the dotted line.

Soon enough you'll get settled in and start enjoying the benefits.
Let us know how you feel this time next year when you see the huge tax wright-off from the mortgage interest.

I hope you staked out a good spot for your hobby room. When moving its important to keep the priority's straight. :p
 
Congradulations. I moved into my first home last september and I was the same way for a month or so. Constantly doing stuff. Glad to see you back. X
 
yes i have a den / hobbie/game room / reloader / computer room den is the size of my living room .. As for that tax write off ill look foward to it as i owe uncle same 1100 this year from borrowing from my 401 to make that nice fat down payment ohh well
