hi, I'm new to this hobby and just got my buggy today and i noticed when i was setting the throttle gap that the brakes would be on during idle should the brakes be on during idle or should the wheels be able to turn freely at idle? I was able to adjust the gap to 1mm without the brakes being applied I'm just wondering if they are supposed to be?
