I spent about 3 weeks now trying to find a replacement upper suspension control arm. I thought this was a Shockwave, but it has a g18 engine and the front suspension doesn't line up with redcat parts. I took it over to iron horse hobby yesterday and the gentleman there entertained me but was unable to identify. It's an old unit. I had it running and managed to snap the suspension control arm. I also have a truggy that doesn't have any info with it.

Welcome in @Rywolf01 , I'm not exactly sure what this Nitro is but I've often wondered why manufacturers don't put their name on the chassis.
You might check around Here
Thanks for the welcome and I know! Something to mark it. I know it is a 1/10 buggy. I got two units for free. Spent about $100. Both engines are good. The 2nd unit looks like a truggy. Has a vx-18 engine. Need a pull starter. Bought two cheapo off scamazon and both broke. Weak cotton cord. Not sure if anyone can point me to a good pull cord with handle or starter. The vx-18 breaks the cotton cords at compression stroke.

Actually it looks like the old version of the Tornado S30 and the monster truck looks like the Volcano.
I also originally suspected the tornado bb. What throws me off is the sticker on wing and the parts list doesn't match up. Not sure when the tornado was produced. Still, appreciate the reply :) Thank you. Also, g18 engine? Can't seem to Google it.

They look more like Himoto stuff, than anything HSP based (exceed RC, Redcat Racing). The truck shocks are definitely from a Himoto Eldorada truck, and the top plate and wing on the buggy look just like the Himoto nitro buggy. They are hard to get parts for sometimes because they are discontinued.

Appreciate the reply, but it's not a Shockwave. The Himoto looks closer because there are shields around the steering. I've been back and forth with redcat directly. They also thought it was a Shockwave but the sticker, engine, and many other parts didn't line up. Specifically the part I'm looking for.

Never even heard of Himoto but it looks like the Eldorada truck is it for the truggy. The buggy I couldn't really id on their site. I'll keep looking for tomorrow but absolutely appreciate the information. Thank you. I'm really just trying to find something that would replace the broken suspension part. Didn't think it would be so hard.
It looks like this, but I don't have the body.

Pretty sure I found it. Funny thing is... The remote said d.a. On it. I think it actually says DnA.
Now, if I can find some parts.

It is either a Himoto Syclone or Python. This is their page for the nitro buggies: http://www.himotoracing.com/?searchscale=1:10&searchtype=NITRO&searchproduct=BUGGY&submit=Search
The truck is either a Himoto Eldorada, or a Viper. I can't really tell if it has plastic or aluminum arms, which is the difference between the two trucks. Here is the page for the trucks: http://www.himotoracing.com/?searchscale=1:10&searchtype=NITRO&searchproduct=TRUCK&submit=Search

Most US sources for Himoto parts dried up a couple years ago.. The only way i know of to actually bring them back to life without spending months waiting on parts from China, if they are even available, is to source Redcat, HSP, or Exceed nitro or electric pro complete chassis, and swap parts around until you have a running vehicle. If you do it that way, as long as they are the pro version, even the electric cars can be used for parts, since the electric Pro versions and nitro versions of Redcat and Exceed stuff are all the same parts. To do it that way though, you need pretty much everything except the chassis from the Redcat and Exceed cars. Sometimes though, you can pick up used Redcat pro vehicles on eBay for around $50-$75, and you can get brand new pro versions of the Volcano and Tornado for between a $100 and $125. Another way to do it would be to pick up Redcat nitro sliders or rollers, and just drop your engine into that car. I dont know of any other vehicle that will work for parts for the Himoto stuff, unfortunately. I have 3 Himoto based (Horizon Hobby's discontinued Force RC trucks were just rebranded Himoto Bowie's) electric trucks that need parts, so they have been sitting in a box for months because i can't find parts anywhere.

The car is definitely a dna. Which appears to have been bought up by huada. That being said, exceed foroza parts look like they might fit. There's a redcat Shockwave for sale locally. They want 200. Might just go that route.

DNA? Never heard of them. Huada is the parent company for several RC Companies, such as Himoto, HSP, ZD Racing, and a whole bunch of toy grade RC companies, and a few other cheap "hobby" grade cars. The Exceed Forza is the exact same car as the Redcat Shockwave. They are both rebrands of the HSP Warhead.

Something else i thought of. A lot of the HobbyPark rc parts on eBay and Amazon will also fit the HSP, Redcat, and Exceed cars. As for DNA RACING, they went out of business in 2011/2012, and were bought out by Himoto at some point, and then Himoto was bought out by HSP at some point in or around 2015. At least, thats what some old forums i found on it said. It at least explains why NitroRCX sells Himoto, Iron Track (at least, they claim to, since nothing, parts or vehicles, of Himoto's or Iron Tracks is ever in stock), and Exceed vehicles, since they are all owned by HSP.

The Shockwave front end was switched up a little. Instead of a plastic arm with rod and ball, they now use a rod and ball for upper suspension control arm. Thank you for your response though :) Much appreciated!

The steering knuckle is different. I did figure out it is a DnA nitro buggy. Out of business. Huada No. 8860 looks identical to what's printed on the wing of this vehicle, minus the "Huada". Thank you for your response though:-)

If you are talking about the rod and ball set up in the pic, you would be better off swapping to the two speed Forza front end. That threaded rod bends extremely easily on the electric vehicles.

You can get them in aluminum, but they really arent much better.

If you switch to the Forza front end, you will need to do both sides. You will need both the upper and lower arms, steering blocks, and balls. This video will give you and idea of how its set up:

As far as i know, the shockwave uses the part in the pic. Only the Forza 2 speed uses the set up in the video, although, you can get the Forza 2 speed with the upper arm in the pic as well. It depends entirely on the model number.
