I think I got scam..

I have the traxxas 2.5r and it have a 3.3 engine..the car won't go more than 1 mph...? Did I got scam or something wrong..

You got a problem! What happens when you hit the throttle? Does it rev out or bog down?

It just rev...and don't go faster than 1mph....anything wrong with it? It started going but so dang slow...my nephew learning how to walk can lap the truck..

Tighten the slipper, if that doesn't work, check your clutch.

Sorry I am new at this. Where is the slipper at? Also where is the clutch? Oh for am additional information..I changed the spur gear and put all the pegs except 3 into the 72 tooth. I tightened the spur gear so..yeah (not that tight but just tight)

The pegs and the plate on each side of the spur gear is the slipper clutch. You need to tighten the spur gear nut all the way down and back off 1/8-1/4 turn. You did get the spur gear meshed properly with the clutch bell gear right?
