Finnaly made up my mind and deceided to do the RC10GT RTR, still to new to build my own, Decided to get this cause LHS has parts for it. Speaking of parts what will I have to replace first, and what are must haves' for this car! can't wait to get it baught it of ebay brand new 225.00 get it friday!!!!!!!!!!:breakdown

the first thing you should get is rpm a arms if you bash hard and titanium turnbucles. if you are going to race get a good set of tires.

I heard that the fisrt thingn I should get is a MIP 4n1 thing, what exactly is this gonna do for me? and what size metal spur gear should i get ? how many teeth? I mostly will be bashing, but I do want to open the throttle up and ruin it fast everynow and then as well.

MIP 4n1 is a clutch. thats all i know about that.

i would leave the gears and evertyhing alone for now. since your gonna bash the first thing i would get is rpm a-arms and maybe shock towers. but wait until yours break before you dish out the money for rpm stuff. and rpm reciever box might be a good idea too, since it will protect your reciever from everything you run your truck in.

but when you get your truck, just make sure to break it in properly. then just go have fun. you can always buy hop-ups later on.

Yeah I will deffently break it in right, this will be my second RC and i did alot of reading about break ins, so I feel as if I have got the break in thing right, after all it is the most important thing to do when getting any nitro RC

Just use it the way it is for now.
Get used to driving and having fun. there will be plenty of time to get hop-ups later.

A metal gear and 4-in 1 clutch would be at the end of my list.
First thing is a good Motor Saver air filter and a fuel filter. You may even want to get a better transmission brace first.

Fix it as you break it.

Have fun!

what is a motor saver, where can I find one, how does it save your mtoor?

Congrats on the purchase. Make sure you really read and understand the directions first. And take your time breaking in the engine.

Motor Saver is a name of a comapny that makes excellent air filters. If you do a search on Tower Hobbies you will see all of the different air filters Motor Saver makes.

It is a good quality air filter, check your Local Hobby Shop (LHS) or online at www.towerhobbies.com

It is essential that you have a good air filter and fuel filter. Helps keep nasties from getting into your engine, and running off road will attract dirt and such.
