Hello guys i just got my rc car today and i only got it to turn on once after that the pully thingy was to hard to pull so i unflooded the engine by taking out the glow plug and turning it over and pulling the startee and its still not working. Its brand new so its not hydrolocked. Please help thankyou

Pull starts on a new engine can get tight and hard to pull. Try breaking the glow plug loose then tighten it as soon as it's running. Welcome to RCNT too!

I didn't explain what I'm doing during the video but you can watch THIS and see what I went trough on the first start up of my Carson Go Kart. You can see/hear me set the throttle trim, check the plug,re-prime the engine etc.. and I did loosen the plug. Basically just remember it takes perseverance and patience :)

Thank you very much I'm goin to try it and is there another way to unflood te engine? And what is hydroblock?

Heating the engine block up with a hair dryer will help.

Okay guys that kind of helped i turbed the motor on acouple times and i take out the igniter and it turns off on me? Plus i got blisters because how hard i have to pull any advice?

there is a way to fix the tight piston. but ill get flamed if i post it.

if its real hard to pull over its still hydolocked.look at the glowplug make sure its bright yellow.also make sure the line is full.

Robmob had a good point... If you can find a heatgun than pre heat the engine before you try to start it. The excess heat will expand the metal giving you less of a tight fit and should become easier to start. And yes what kinda vehicle are we talking about please?

yeah i got tired of pull yankin the 3.0. catching the knuckle on the igniter,up and cut the slot bigger underneath now i use the bumpstarter and its clear and sunny days forever,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
