i love tuned pipes

so I've had that duratrax I've been getting pisseed off at in some of the threds. talking about how i can't get performance from it unless i lean it out so much its hits like 300 degrees.

it was like 2 years old and came with a canister type muffler, so i bought the duratrax tuned pipe for the maximum series, and i must say its like a new car. if this thing got traction i bet it would wheelie with its little torq .12 engine its amazing it fixed the heat too, i never thoiught a pipe would make that much differnce.

i was thinking of getting one.i have a canister type muffler on my maximum ST Pro.how much did one cost for your duratraxx? any major mod. needed?

only mod i had to do was drilla hole in the chassy took about 30 seconds and boy was it worth it.

if you need any help installing it just PM me but its pretty straight forward. comes with everything you need locktite bolts, the wrenches and manifold and gasket its well worth the 19 dollars.

I was considering getting a duratrax buggy. It would be my 1st buggy so I figured Id go with a cheap, dependable one.

look into the XTM exterminator.. they are in the $300-$350 range and definetaly a good strong product

a friend of mine just got one recently and said it is a sweet ride .. strong engine ... stable fun to drive buggy ...

i just picked up an acer ar8 pro ... will be fun to drive that i am sure ... can't wait til it gets here ....

some people dont like duratrax but i dont have any prob with this one so far that you wouldent have on your stock car. but check your local hobby stores and see what parts they carry, so if you break something you dont have to wait 3 days to get something

i always have to wait like 3 days to get parts for my CEN i love the car though.
