RC Driving Style
Okay so i spent the whole entire day out bashing with my savage, and i'm use to something like the maxx. Holy Sh**!!!:D:D what a difference!! With any of the maxx's i had i would always break something, no matter what! This thing caught TONS of air, cartwheeling all over, back flips (well kinda...:hehe:) and pure out just bashing the hell out of it! I didnt break a DAMN thing either! I didn't know that was possible with anything.:celebrate3:

All i have to say, is DAMN! The savage is a BEAST! there's a reason it's called a SAVAGE! :D:D=devil=devil

in my book, the savage is:first_place::first_place::first_place:
 
well......umm.......I'm still addicted to the hobby. and the short time i do drive it i have a blast. i just bought everything to fix it so maybe ill run 4 tanks like i did for break in(longest it has been running).
 
i have a lot of lower arms and a set of GH ones if your interested

i did about 4.5 hours last weekend until i landed upside down on the corner of the kerb and shattered my fuel tank (haha mess.)

i've broken a few things on my savage since i've got it:

3 suspensions
4 spurs (metal and plastic)
1 clutch bell
3 clutch bell bearings (where did they go?!)
3 uprights
bumper arms
the body (duh)
servo pivot arm (that L bit shape that goes to the carb knob)
i've exploded a stock tyre at full speed (it just opened up!!!)
fuel tank
turnbuckle end


I think thats about it, but it's a running tally =)

i have a set of aluminum ones and i just ordered a complete RPM set but thanks.

since we are listing

bent TVPs
clutchbell
spur(plastic)
EVERY suspension component for the front.
all 8 arms
drive shafts
servo saver


not alot but they happen 1, after another
 
Well since where making a list of everything y'all have broke I'll start mine.



RRP steal spur, my own fault for not tightening the engine to the plate.:hehe::hehe:

But other then that,:D NOTHING!!:p:

That's not entirely true, you did break the shelf bracket! :D

Zachary, I am with ya man, I have two maxxes and a Savage, the Savage is no doubt a superior truck for bashing. They take a beating and leep on truckin!
 
yes but when you bend the tvps so much it knocks the mesh off and strips a CB while at the same time you break the left front arms, it puts it on the broken list.
 
All I have broke on mine is a control arm but i got RPM arms now :) OH and i stripped a spur.
