Austin, here is the advice I gave my son on what to do if he finds himself in this situation: "You have two choices here. One, get out of the vehicle and call me, day or night, and I or your mom will come get you--no questions asked. Or two, call me from the police station when you get caught and see how many questions I ask."

thats sort of my dads point of view. he would be very happy if i got out in the middle of nowhere and called him to come pick me up.

I should of got out, but the thing is, I told him I was staying at my friends house and I would have been scared to call him. I'm now grounded on weekends until who knows when. BUT, he did say he was glad I was not drinking.
