RC Driving Style
It looks like this forum needs some new blood. :smoke: I just bought a new revo and I look forward to reading, asking questions, and of course... learning. I hope one day I might be able to add something too :)

Thanks for the links and advice.... Now I just need to learn the talk :shrug: It's all greek to me..... I need a book that tells me what all this talk is about.

I know that aluminum is not the way to go on some of the parts but what about skid plates? Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks..... :)

Use the stock ones until they break or wear out, or you feel you really need the extra protection. Then get the RPM ones. (bumpers, too, if you still want them)
 
If you do a lot of mods to lighten the truck up you may want to consider an aluminum front skid or bumper just to aid with attitude whilst in the air.

RR-I'm using the JR650M right now. It has been good for me so far but thinking of going all digital on the Revo and Buggy. I'm also using the HD servo saver (Traxxas P/N????).
