Its really just a stick that we told him has magical powers. He puts on a viking helmet and runs around in his diaper in the supporters batcave screaming "I am thor! GOD OF THUNDER!" It was kinda funny till he pooped himself. Its ok though, cuz we made Chiefgeek change him since he's one of the supporting newbs.

LMAO, you guys crack me up. Sorry for the long delay, busy day at work today.

Here's my new toy. Rolex's 500 build gave me the itch for another bigger heli, and a I got a good deal on it. It's lightly used, but new to me. I really wanted a 500, but the cost of batteries and blades alone pushed me back towards a 450 class machine. Maybe when I'm Rolex's age, and I've saved from 67 years of not buying pants, I can do the 500. Plus, I like the locked in feel of the flybarless setup on the mCP X, and I'm dying to know if this one feels that way too.

It's a T Rex 450 Pro with the Align 3G flybarless head and controller.

I got three lipos, and a few spares with it too, including the entire fly bar head assembly.

I just did a quick test fit of everything to check for stripped threads, etc. Gonna tear it down, loctite all the important stuff, and get to learning about how to setup the 3G controller so I can give it the maiden flight soon. I have the MCP to learn new stuff with and abuse, so I'll be taking baby steps with this one. I have a belt tail conversion on order since it's more forgiving when learning, and that's it for now.
