I got nailed by ticketmaster

It's highway robbery, I got tickets to the drag race at pomona on the 11th and the bastards at ticketmaster nail you for everything! I can deal with the $59 ticket price since I'm on the starting line :devious: but $16.50 for a convenience charge, delivery was $2.50(to print them out myself) and then there was a order processing feel of $4.10. Someone call the police my wallet has been raped. :idea:

I know what you mean. Convenience fee, poop they aren't having to pay anyone to take and process the order, it should be a convenience discount. The delivery fee kills me too. Ticketmaster is one of the biggest scams going!

I know, i got nailed by them too. I bought a ticket to a Disturbed concert and on their site it said $30... of course my mom WENT to pick it up and it was $40. AND I didnt even get to go because I was in surgery... DAMN.

They got me about a mounth ago. I got 6 tickets to a motorcross for $120.00, after they added all of the made up charges it cost me $183.00.

Yeah, they're bad, but I took it long and hard from EveryTicket.com! Wife wanted tickets to "Wicked", some great new play. Only tickets I could find for ANY of the 15 or so shows they're having were on this site. Two tickets in orchestra (think floor) towards the back.....$525.00!!!!!!


She'd better enjoy this damn show!

Jet, I'd rather have my finger nails ripped out of my fingers than go with her to a musical! She's a music teacher, so rather than just sitting and enjoying it, it's a constant review of the performance!

I look at it this way, $500.00 for me to have about 3 hours of quality time spoiling my kids without her chirping in my ear!

Ugh I hate it when pple overanalyze. Have you ever said that, "can we just listen to it for once without picking it apart?" This will do two things, hopefully turn off the Siskel and Ebert and she'll start thinking that maybe you're really interested (although it sounds like you'd rather be getting a colonoscopy. )

Another short and sweet one is "Shh! I can't hear the words!"

For the record, I cannot stand musicals. Don't know why. I even hated Grease, which is bad, my wife and stepdaughter love it and watch it at least three times a year.
