I got my first IG complaint!!!!

I heard shortly before I left today my #1 super troop has officially called the Inspector General on my, I was actually wondering how long he'd go before he realized that he was going to be out on the block rather rapidly and do the drowning rat routine. Appearantly he thinks that he is being treated unfairly since he messes up more than once per day and gets written up for it. This is coming from the same individual that came back from leave 8 days late because he thought someone had changed his days of leave but yet his leave form, signed by him, had him returning 8 days earlier. Anyway, I get to be inspected by the IG tomorrow or the next day and they might tell me I am limited to only writting him up once per day from now on. If so, that'll be ok since there's really not a day that goes by that he does not mess up so I might have to wait a few more weeks to send him packing his bags back to the block, oh well!

Yeh, we have had a few Airman we hellped PCS (Permanant Civilian Status). No IG complaints thought. I feel your pain, I just finished Airman Leadership School, to be a Suporvisor, and am going to be getting my first troop in a couple of months. A JEEP from tech school.
