Is it me, but over here in the UK folk are trying to sell Hpi wr8 shells for stupid money on eBay. I bought the Ken Block nitro in 2015, it came from the supplier with a free 2014 shell, a few years ago the same supplier was selling the Abu Dhabi shells fully painted and decaled for £19.99 each, so I bought 2 and customised them. Now I see people asking £100- £200 plus, just for the shells, and complete wr8 for £ 1500 !!! I get that as products get discontinued to price may rise a bit, but whoa asking hundreds seems way over the odds.

The us is the same way. I will not disclose what I paid for for some things. 🤣😝

Wow really! it's becoming not so cheap a hobby it seems, I thought maybe unscrupulous folk were cashing in on the late and incredibly great Ken Block, which is in very poor taste, but maybe it's simply the rarity and popularity of the hobby? Nitro trucks and buggies seem to be unaffected by these price hikes.

Do some include drivers, interiors, wings, undertrays?
I see a few bodies on teambluegroove.com for $65/body.
Some vintage parts are loony tunes $$$!!!👀🤯🥴

I'm sure they are cashing in on Ken block as well as parts are hard to find.

I've seen some factory bodies as high as $650. 🤢🤮😵‍💫😵🥴
