If you are using lock tight and it still comes off the temperature of the gear is getting to hot. The heat from the engine and the friction pad is causing the lock tight to fail. This happened to me. remount the spur gear and try to get it tighter to the friction pad. Also if you are not running a hole in your body do so. check the temperature of your engine. if you do all three the gear will run cooler and will work great GH makes good products. Some designs are rushed but most work great the spur gear works great.

Ya the hole is HUGE on my body, the spur's spring is thightened about 1/8 out from completely tight, if i put it any thighter I'm risking breaking more expensive driveline components no? There as to be a way...i dont get it!!

What is the engine temp? if you moded the drive line are you sure your clutch is not working harder?

Has never been run on the truck. I have a grave robber body that is run on the truck. The wheels I dont run to much. The handling of them at a wot sucks. Here is what it looked like when it was first painted. Not so pritty now. also the arms got changed out right after the bronco pics were taken.
