Hpi savage E conversion build

I'm converting my nitro savage to electric. I still enjoy nitro but I'd rather have a simpler system for this type of vehicle.

Thus far i've taken my transmission off. I needed to as the nitro version includes a OWB as seen in the first photo ( the middle one with an arrow pointed at it )
After that I ordered hpi102244 which is the bottom black piece in the second photo. It was taken after i greased it
To get to the transmission i had to remove one TVP and i removed the engine mounts while i was at it. I also took the shocks off because I'm replacing them.

I've installed the wheelie bar, and added new shocks. To my disappointment the ball ends on my shocks do not fit. I had to dremel them out so they fit hopefully they don't break since i've had to thin it out quite a bit.

I've reinstalled the diffs and shocks. In about 6 screws below you can remove the diffs fairly easily.

I had to cut the right TVP where the arrow's pointing.

I used the aarma blx 6s motor that I had lying around. Getting the mounts on was quite easy no trimming required.

Now it was a matter of reinstalling the screws. Thankfully the savage is somewhat easy to work on since there are no screws that are hidden by pieces.
The battery trays were the most difficult because I had to line them up even to drill holes in the chassis
