hpi rally

what do you guys think about the hpi rally. and does anyone have a link to a vid of it, i want to see it perform.

I know a guy art my track that took a rs4 and did a rally conversion. Raised the ground clearence, dirt tires, different shocks, etc, etc. He bought the rally and did not like it nerly as much as his custom rs4. He runs the rs4 on the dirt track and everything.(superb handeling). Although i have never driven it i just watch him and the handeling looks superb. Other than that i know nothing about the car!:

I wanted one to start my RC hobby off. I'm glad my dad talked me out of it! There are cool and mfun to have prolly to peepee around with.....but lets face it, they can't hold up to anythign a buggy,MT or ST can. MY main concern was diffrent car bodies when i wanted to get into R/Cs instead of the important stuff. Anyway as far as videos go you wtahc the offical HPI one HERE

They would be fun maybe for a second or thirs play pretty but not anything more IMO.

Me i have one but seriously i will not buy this car anymore.The engine that come with it is not enough fast,The 300mm bodies are not available everywhere and not a big choice.Maybe 10 different models compare to 50+ for 200mm.Only one speed transmission.

The goods are quality of parts like springs ,chassis more durable for the offroad but don"t go think you gonna be able too jump big hill.His capacity is around the same thing as a normal RS4 just a little higher ground clearence.

When i bought it i was a newbie so purchase anything.Personnaly i will go with the RS4 SS cause i like speed.Dirt it's fun but with a Monster truck not a car.
