hpi nitro star T3.0

Iv just bought a brand new nitro star t3.0 and I was wondering what fuel and glow plugs to use. I don't necessarily want brand names just a vague idea of nitroil ratio and glow plug temp so I don't waste money and possibly do harm to my motor. I live in sunny South West England so weather is exactly blistering for those of you from the US.

I had 1 in my MT2 for a little time and ran Odonells 20% with an OS#8 plug. Never really came across any other issues with the motor other than a crank bearing fail but it was an easy replacement.

In the uk it is after work but i do also do shift work so finish at 2. My apologies!
