The exhaust tip arrived finally but was smashed in the mail. Luckily I ordered another from a different seller and it arrived and looks good

I also added foam tires to these wheels

Trying something new here, I’m going with metal shock towers instead of carbon. These are by Hammad Ghuman and are long discontinued

Not the best finish on them so I gave them a quick buff to bring out the shine

And this is how they look installed

This took me a long time to get, but better late than never! Fresh CVDs for the silver bullet.

It took a while because I didn’t like certain (cheaper) designs, and I wanted them to be shiny to match the built.

What a big difference, it should roll smoother as well

Looks great. I always wanted to do aluminum arms on a honda body.

How do you like the jet hobby? I almost bought some some time ago from Hong kong.

From my experience jet racing (aka jet hobby) parts have been fairly high quality, especially compared to GPM / GTB stuff. Yes they’re from HK but are a definite step up from most Chinese alloy. I have a bunch of their parts on my R40 and I’m impressed, all the screw threads were excellent and the machine work was very precise, it was comparable to some Japanese parts I have.

Though I can’t speak on all JR parts, just the ones I’ve used but so far they’ve been hitting home runs 👍

where can you find this jet racing stuff? I've recently got an rs4-2 and I'm looking to add a few bling items
