HPI MT2 G3.0 Carnage

You guys remember the MT2 that I won? Well, I have it on the road with me. Last week I was getting my trailer serviced, and it was going to be an hour to get it done, so I pulled the MT2 out to finish the break-in. I was on the last break-in tank and was really getting on her. A truck pulled in between me and the rig. I hear a sickening "WHAM".

The pictures really don't do the damage justice. In case you can't tell--the chassis is twisted pretty good.

Sorry, the parts are on the way! Total parts needed: New chassis, servo savers, steering links, front bumper kit, and front shock tower kit. Mind you I don't need ALL the parts from these kits, but had to buy 'em to get the few parts that are needing to be replaced.

Nothing $75 can't fix...

I love it! Needs adjustible upper and steering links, but other than that it is fun. Fast little bugger!

i think it was a curb because it sounds like he couldn't see it because of the truck pulling in.

Ummm.... Guess I forgot that part of the story. I hit the base of a lamp post. One of those that are like 75' in the air. The base was concrete, about four feet in diameter. Couldn't see it. Should have hit the brakes. Thank goodness I hit it almost square on--just a tad left of dead center (of the pole). If I had clipped it the right side would be gone.
