Hopefully those slingers are the soft compound, I had a set of slingers in hard compound and they did horrible on the rocks, but yeah I love this wraith over almost every scaler/cralwer I have owned, and this makes 8 lol.

yup soft compound that was one thing I looked for before I bought a set.. yeah that wraith looks pretty bad ass!!! I was looking at them too.. I have a bad habbit of buying to many r.c.'s atleast thats what my old lady says.. l.o.l. In my opinion I wont have to many until I run out of room in my basement area!!!! got plenty of room to make shelfs!!! I will have my summit tommorrow!!! another fun toy and not a moment to soon to hold me over while I wait for my scaler!!

Any good hop ups you can recomend for the rcx10 honcho rigs???? first scaler I have ever owned... and the only other cralwer is a redcat rockslide.. the smaller one..

Its the Scx10 silly, first thing I would do to ANY scaler/crawler, is upgrade your c-hubs, steering knuckles, lower & upper links drive shafts, steering link and lockouts to aluminum or titanium. After that I go Heavy Duty gears in the axles and tranny then from there, your pretty bomb proof, then mess with electronics if you need to before or after all fo that.

But as far as first, aluminum c-hubs & knuckles, and if your honcho is the RTR kit, the steering link

Day 2 of the trails, so much funner than the first, with a little herbal medicine and a couple beers, and I was foot happy in the trees, you all know me and how I take a bazillion pics, so heres the bazillion for today.

Thanks Curtis, I had a blast, and thig is great lol not one bit un-satisfied.

I am about as nauseated as it comes today, throwing up all damn night and this morning, but I a started on sanding the stock body panels to throw my own scheme on it. If I can get off the toilet for a few I will take some pictures.
:puke:

Just a new look on the Wraith, I hate sanding factory lid paint off....

Starting my final color on the panels now, I decided the red jeep hood wasn't me, so I will be sanding the hood probably tomorrow morning when I get off work. For now, "Camp Green" will be going on the side panels. Pics coming soon.

yeah I dont think that that jeep hood go's to good with the wraith look. unless you took the grill peice's off it then it might look ok... just a thought.

Yeah I hacked too much off of it lol but its okay, they actually make a nice bolt on jeep wraith hood that fills the front end with the headlights nicely, I just didnt wanna sand the hood because there are so many curves n sh!t...

yeah I hear you workin on them is fun but when you get to many obsticles it is easier to find an alternate routes sometimes.. l.o.l. what style tires do you have on that thing and what size???? are they 2.2's??

Axial 2.2 Ripsaws, ALOT of people frown apon them because they dont grip, but after I weighted the fronts and siped all four, I can hook up on wet rocks no problems, so I think they are a great tire, and will get better one they get some wear on them.

yeah I noticed that about tires is after the first week or two they all get alittle softer, well that is on the tires that have lasted me longer than a week..

Alright here she is in simple shop lighting, gives the green no justice, even to my eye I can barely get the camp green, but it is and will show later on outside. Anywho, I am not done yet just wanted to see what she looked like with minor finishes.

Thanks tank, yeah I like the end result, my inspiration was from another wraith all "armied" out. I was going to go all flat black, which I may still do, and buy a Lord of The Rings Ring Wraith figure for a driver lol.

heres my inspiration on the scheme
