Hi all
I bought a HPI Savage X 4.6 BIG BLOCK last week and it developed a problem. What the problem was, I don't know. So I contacted HPI were upon a guy tells me to send it in because it is still under Warranty. Little did I know that when my savage X 4.6 arrived at HPI offices via a courier it was turned away buy HPI staff sighting that the company was under receivership and is no longer accepting items for repair. Has anyone else here experienced such appalling customer service from HPI?
