motor has a bunch of rust in it and that was the reason for me not being able to tune it. I now have to wait till my birthday in febuary to get the new motor
 
Clean it up, buy new bearings off E-Bay and put it back together. I have brought some back from the dead and gotten lots of use out of them. Not that particular engine though. HPI does have an exchange program but you can find new ones on E-Bay for around 90 bucks. Towerhobbies has O.S. engines for it and killer christmas deals. That would be the road I'd take.

Never though of that. I would like to put a bigger motor in it. It has a .12 and I would like to put in a .15 motor in it.
