Putting an HPI body on lets say a Team Associated car.......would it look exactly the same as if it were on an HPI body or would it look a little stupid because of different measurements?

it would fit just fine - but make sure u drill the body post holes properly, as the markings wont be the same.

Typically, touring cars are more or less the same measurments as far as wheelbase and width. There may be some minimal variation but it won't affect the fit of the body. Just make sure you trim the body lines, especially the wheel wells, to best fit your chassis. And like NA said, the big difference may be where the body post holes should be. Just make sure you mark them all accurately and drill them in the right spots.
