How will this do for drifting?

My friend just HAD to buy a motor before I could ask what one to get. I tried to find the one I have on ebay but they didnt have it.

He didnt want to pay 45 bucks for the driftmeister so he bought this. How will it do?

I don't know much about drifting and whats a suitable motor but I would imagine it would be ok. The 15T is right smack in the middle of the comparable Driftmeister turn options. I think the "double" is the wind count. I think a double wind is smoother power than a single wind but I'm not certain.

It looks like it may do fine. For drifting, you want lots of low-end. But according to "Winds: Two (the number of strands in the armature wire - Low winds offer more low end "punch"; higher turns "soften" the punch)", I'm not sure if two winds is low or high.

Well my friend has a 19 double turn and its fast as hell lol.
