How to break in a SH28 engine in my savage?

Hi everyone I'm after some advice on how to break in my SH28 engine which i have fitted into my savage, I have been albe to start it and keep it running, But no procedures on breaking it in came with the engine.. So any advice would be great. Thanks

I would run a few tanks at idle, rich as you can to keep it running. Then run it on the ground being very easy on the throttle. Between tanks let it cool. Give it at least 7-8 tanks before you start to lean it out, and always leave the piston and BDC when its cooling off.

My Nova is just finishing breaking in at about a gallon of fuel. I just sent you a few pics. Once I figure out how to post pics I'll post my Super savage.
