It doesn't say anything really in the manual when and how to use after-run oil. Apparently, after each run, you undo the glow plug and put a couple of drops and a few drops in the carby, but do I really have to break that plastic band/strap that holds the rubber airfilter hose attached to the carby everytime I want to put after-run oil?
Do I really have to buy sh*itload of plastic straps???

cheers

i normaly just put about 5 drops into the glo plug hole and turn the engine over a few times to move it around in there. and yes you need to do it every time, the only exception is if you plan on running it again within the next hour or two.

Empty the tank, run all of the fuel out of the lines, then I put 4-5 drops in the carb after each run. Then crank a few times.

If you can find a v ery small bottle or a syringe for glue application you can pull the fuel line off the carb and then use that with a small piece of fuel line and shoot it into the carb without removing the air filter.
GMK afterlife ARO with syringe

Thats cool, but i take off my air filter everytime i ride to clean it also.
