I just wondering how much everyone has spent? In hop-ups?

I'm up to $400 now. Just bought the Hot Bodies Alum Shocks?
I didn't want to, but they were just too pretty!

I've spent about $300 thus far, though once I get back from vacation I plan on spending more for those alum. shocks and maybe alum. uprights.

Here did you guys find to buy that much stuff??? I mean I could be called Sir Breaks A Lot but I have only shelled out less than $100 on my savage and have yet to really break it and have had it do some serious bashing that would have had my t-maxx out for repairs for a few weeks but the only thing broken thus far was a defective driveshaft. I know I have done it now and my savage will be broken next time I run, maybe another close encounter with a BMW.....

El Pirata,

I've bought thus far:

- Ofna Hyper 8 port engine
- Hot Bodies Billet Aluminum Heat Sink Engine Mount
- Hot Bodies Billet Aluminum Heat Sink Engine Plate
- Hot Bodies Heavy Duty Composite Clutch Shoes
- Hot Bodies Tuned Pipe
- HPI high performance air filter
- CVEC .21 Tuned Pipe
- Racers Edge stiff Anti-Roll antenna

And I still have a lot more planned for this beast. Right now I'm looking for titanium front, center, and rear skid plates, but haven't found anyone that makes them.

As of right now the majority of my parts are coming from Extreme RC Motor Sports I VERY HIGHLY recommend checking this site out, Edward's service is by FAR the best I have seen yet, and his prices are very good...in fact I find his prices cheaper then most other places!!!

I have had my Savage 21 for about a week now. I already bought a Ofna Hyper 21 8-Port (135.00), Hot bodies: aluminum shocks (80.00), heavy duty clutch shoes (10.00), aluminum tuned pipe (35.00), HPI High Performance Air Filter (17.00), Pro-Line Big Joe 40 series tires and velocity 40 series wheels. (85.00), Hummer H2 body (28.99). HPI Reverse Module (30.00). So I have put in about 420 bucks plus the price of the savage, fuel, batteries, glow plugs, and nitro wash. I've spent almost 1000 dollars so far and i only had it a week. I plan to put as much as i can into it........then sell it, after i get bored of it like I did to my T-Maxx. hehe :)

I've had my Savage since January so far my costs are:

RD Logics wheels: 79.00
RD Logics One piece pipe: 60.00
Crazy Nut Racing head for 21BB: 69.00
HPI silver dogbones: 15.00/pair
Novak FM receiver: 99.00
Ofna Hyper 21 8 port: 119.00
Hot Bodies Clutch: 30.00
Hot Bodies metal brake: 11.95
RD Logics Hump Back Battery Pack: 17.00
Inline fuel filter: 3.00
Total: 517.95

The addiction for this hobby: priceless

$30 3 shoe fly wheel set up
$20 each, 14t bell, 16t bell for the 3 shoe
$10 in 2nd tank mod, basically a heli tank mounted liek fuel filter to keep full tank of fuel to the carb, allows permentant fuel mix with out getting lean at 1/2 tank
$47 in high torque steering servo and servo saver
$4 for BIG fuel filter
5$ silicon shock oil
15$ in touring car springs, replaces stock plastic collars on the shocks, allows for compression so do not get spring bind, and puts sav at full ride height
30$ for duratrax pipe
10$ for duel brake set up
24$ for white RPM wheels, 5$ in dye to make them colored
15$ for stiffer tire foams
70$ in BIG JOE tire wheel set from RC Boys, (on way in mail)

30$ stanless steel screw/bolt kit from http://www.benderstore.com/
35$ in hump pack and charger

truck is fast, fun and so far only broken the fuel tank, upright, dogbone, plastic gears in factory steering servo and stripped the spur gear when i broke cooling fin off head... in all 30$ in parts

I'm at about a grand so far and havent got my hyper 8 port yet!!!!!!!!!

LMAO at all you guys...
If you can count or remember all the stuff you have purchased, You haven't got enough.:p

It's kinda funny but when it's running my Savage seems almost EP proof. I mean minus one dog bone, I have not really broken anything on my savage!!!
