For the T-Maxx 2.5 you should read the directions that came with the truck. It will guide you step by step on the procedure.

I would allow 15 minutes per tank of fuel providing everything goes well.

I ALWAYS run 2-3 extra tanks of fuel more than the factory recommends before I go to full throttle and tune for power.

That depends on how dark it gets around that time and how angry your neighbors might get at the noise.

:D

Actually, figure about ten to fifteen minutes per tank and at least five to six tanks. Then you have to have some cool down time between tanks (like five to ten minutes). This brings you to between an one hour ten minutes and two hours.

The important thing is to watch the DVD or read the manual and follow it to the letter. DO NOT CUT CORNERS ON THE BREAK IN!

The break in process is perhaps one of the most important things you can do for your engine. It gets everything working together and will help it live a bit longer.

By the way, did I say read the manual or watch the DVD? Seriously, do this. It is important...unless you are made of money and can afford to F' up an engine every other tank or so and then replace it.

READ THE MANUAL!

You might want to keep the neighbors happy considering if the noise bothers em too much they might call the police.

just remember these two things.

1. TAKE YOUR TIME BREAKING IT IN.

2. TAKE YOUR TIME BREAKING IT IN.

oh and - proper prior planning prevents possible problems

oh yeah to to add to that, TAKE YOUR TIME BREAKING IT IN!
