are they easier then the pullstart and do they break easy? aslo how do they work? :wtf:

Some have said that they are hell on the one way bearings.

The starter uses a 7.2V battery to turn this long shaft that fits into the backplate to rotate the engine. You will need to take off the pullstarter and install the rotostart backplate. It is really easy.

I havent had a problem with either one. However, the drill/starter they provide IS poop! I just use a drill now and no problems.

I use the roto start on my savage w/ WASP 26... no problems... WAY easier with simple push of a button.. tuned properly you only have to tap the button to start it.. i never had a problem with it.. you can break your one way bearing if you flood your engine and hold down the button for a long time... for me if it takes more than 2 seconds to start I stop it and check to see if the engine is flooded or no fuel at all.. you can really tell by the sound of your engine... I guess I know my engine real well to know... just know your engine..
