How do I remove a pinion gear from a Mini-t?

Hey, I am changing motors and I can not find out how to remove the pinion gear from the old motor. Could someone please tell me? Thanks a lot.

nevermind, MODS please delete this thread... it just slips off with a lot of force LOL.
