The image has to be all by itself, with no other page formatting. Like this: http://fc07.deviantart.com/fs30/f/2008/120/9/2/insert_image_here_by_Cupooterluvr.jpg
You can also host it within the RCNT website but you have a limit to the number of hosted images. I use DeviantArt but you can also use PhotoBucket, ImageShack, etc...
