The inner sidewall is fine. But the outer sidewall isn't. It pops into the wheel great but the sidewall is so stiff that I can't keep it / hold it up to actually glue it. Might just run it with only the inner sidewalls glued?

Have you tried tire bands? Something to sqeeze the diameter of the tire to get the sidewall to flex?
Or try and glue hard side first and try to get easy side to go after it sets?
Hard for me to offer more unless I'm fumbling with it too. 👍🏻🤣

Yes I use tire bands. Felt like it made it harder to do. So most of the time I put them on after glueing it so it can put pressure on it and leave it sit to dry for a couple minutes.

Although I am terrible at glueing and always get glue on me fingers.

You better not run it with half the tire glued… C’mon now… Use electrical tape if your hands aren’t strong enough…🤷🏻‍♂️
I can send them to you to get glued, master. 🙃

You know what? Should be fine if I just leave it "half glued"

Because looking at my old set of tires that my uncle glued up for me for my first race eons ago, inner side wall is glued. But not the outer. And with all the laps on the track I did since when he glued those up, they held up. Both on brushed and brushless power.

Also didn't realize glue has a expiration date. My bottle says 11/24. I got a week 1/2 before I gotta throw it away lol 😆
And the bottle is still 3/4th's full lol

Thats a LOT of fingers to get stu<k together! You better get busy!🤣
Ill just peal it off afterwards. 🙃
Like what we all used to do with the elmers glue in elementary school

Didnt glue the outer sidewalls. At the track last week it stayed on perfectly.
If it keeps popping off, maybe the rim is damaged?
These rims are new. And it isn't popping off it was just that the sidewall is too stiff to get up and over to actually put glue on it.
