Ok just to ease my curiosity if I order the PICCO BOOST .28s, I should have the same effect buy sending them to you?

Cause we were talking about the PICCO .28, I just had to ask

Ok I'm looking for shocks that are only 90mm- 100 mm tall at the most, what might you recommend.

I'm gonna mount them in my savage x low rider

Google and amainhobbies are great places to research. Search for 100mm RC shocks and see what comes up. Idk of any off the top of my head, but then again I'm a savage guy and don't know much else.

Me too, I but I'm not too interested in cutting my shock posts and re threading them, just for the ride height I want

I'm more of a find one that fits kinda guy.....I only mod when it seems like I have no other option.

You can limit the shock travel with limiters (fuel tubing/spacers) on the shock shafts between the shock piston and lower shock body, if needed you can also limit the compression with limiters on the shaft between the shock body and spring retainer, no need to cut/thread shafts to limit travel.

Your right I got the ride height down in my savage 25, well it started out as a 25, now it's more X than 25

How hard is it to get vantage stuff for my savages?

I went to their web page and the e-mail page has been moved or removed

I've also sent a couple e-mails to their Canadian distributors.

On eBay ct_motorsports is selling some of the stuff I'm after....but not everything

RPM arms actually weigh less than the vantage arms and are A LOT stronger just an FYI

Ok, I'm on to bulkheads. I'm looking at the FLM page and wondering what the benefit of using the bulkheads that accept buggy style differentials......I was under the impression that the flux hp diff were the way to go?

I don't understand what you mean by the hot racing pinion gears. To me that sounds like flux pinions.

Flm bulks, you don't need them unless you plan on some serious bashing. All you need to do to make the diff really strong is grab a vorza diff housing and mate that to the savage BP ring gear. What it does is eliminate the 10mm bearing which is prone to failure faster than the 8mm one on the ring gear side. Here's a thread I made on the mod. It's cheap and easy.

Remember all this alloy parts your looking at are adding weight. You mentioned a goal in mind in terms of speed you would like. More weight means you need more power.
